Interesting Legitimation IJ Decision

Prof. Laura Murray-Tjan (Boston College Law School) writes: "The clinic took the case on appeal, got it remanded
for ineffective assistance of counsel, and the IJ reversed himself to
find that the client derived citizenship upon his father’s
